NOTE:

*Mail Forwarding � Prepaid postage of S$20 required. Each letter (standard size & weight mail) is charged at S$0.55/letter (inclusive of postage stamp). Non-standard mail shall be charge at postage fee plus S$0.30 (being labels & handling fee). If visit to the Post Office counter is required (i.e. sending registered articles, bulky mails, etc.), handling fee of S$10 shall apply. Balance sum will be refunded upon termination of services. To be topped up when balance falls below S$5.

Terms of Use of Telephone Answering Service

This service is payable in advance, to avoid service disruption, reminder fee and/or late payment administrative charges please make payment on or before the payment due date.
This service is rendered on a one name per ext. no. basis. One ext. no. is strictly limited to one name (person) only. You are allowed to subscribe for additional ext. nos. for your partners, employees, etc.
All calls looking for your partners and/or employees with no valid ext. nos. assigned will only be attend to once; you will be informed to subscribe additional ext. nos. for their use. If there are still no additional ext. nos. subscribed for them, all calls looking for them will be informed that there are no such persons.
Please indicate the ext. no. assigned to you in your namecards, etc. and ensure that your clients and associates quote this ext. no. when they call to look for you.
The telephone no. provided is strictly not to be use in any form of advertisements, listings and marketing tools or media. In the event where we
consent to your request, additional service fee shall apply.
If payment is not received by the due date, this service will be suspended until
full payment is received.
During such service suspension, you will not be informed of any calls looking for you and these calls will not be entertained (the callers will be informed that you are not around and unreachable). Take note that the service fee remains payable during such suspension as we are still required to attend to your calls.
Service will be terminated if payment is still not received within 7 days of service suspension. In this event, all outstanding fees shall remain payable. All future calls for you will be informed that you are no using this tel. no.
